Humanities Research Day

Attend next week’s Humanities Research Day on Monday, April 28 from 12:30 pm to 1:50 pm, in HUM 1008. This event will provide humanities undergraduate students a glimpse into identifying and engaging research in their fields of study, and understanding how research opportunities in their disciplines differ from life/physical science research.

Through presentations by current students who have or are performing research in humanities, attendees will learn examples of such projects, tips for getting started, and more. Lunch will be served! Student participants:

• Moderator: Laci Burton ’25, English Honors major; minors in women’s, gender and sexuality studies, and writing and rhetoric
• Presenters:
  • Madison Buddine, history and psychology double major
  • Clark Fischer, computer science
  • Iman Kahn, psychology
  • Samantha Sanso, English major, minor in writing and rhetoric
  • Eva Supa, English and psychology double major
